Ged is a multi-instumentalist, composer, songwriter and producer with studios in South East London and the South of France. He has been recording music for over 15 years and has music publishing deals with Sony/EMI Music, Universal Music, Boosey & Hawkes, Cavendish Music, Evolution Media and BMG. He has song and instrumental placements in film and television and has had commissions for original soundscapes, podcast and advertising. Ged composes in a wide variety of styles to fit new trends.

Ged has recently composed and recorded Folktronica Journeys; a new hybrid album with composer and techno dj Matt Kirk. The album has been snapped up by Evolution Media Music and is on the BMG Production Music catalogue (see link above). He has worked with Matt on the music for Legoland theme park in the UK and they are currently composing a contemporary ukulele/guitar/banjo album.  He also writes and performs in the highly acclaimed folk/world music crossover band Mishaped Pearls which he formed in 2009. Mishaped Pearls latest album 'Shivelight' won 3 album of the year awards including the BBC in 2018. It's available to buy or stream from the usual platforms via the Mishaped Pearls website below.

Ged also has a Masters degree in Popular Music from Goldsmiths University in London.
